So I started the 10 day 500 crunch challenge today. You start off with 50 crunches, 10 normal, 10 to each side, 10 bicycle, and a 10 second pike up and add 50 each day, 10 of each. When you reach the 10th day, you should be able to do 500. You can either stay at 500 or keep going up. Before recovery I use to do 500 every day and now it hurts to just do the 50. What happened to my pretty tummy, exposed ribs, and vallied hipbones?!? 😦 Can’t wait to have that back.
I have finished 14 pages of my Ana magazine. Just a few more pages and the first issue will be ready.
