24 hour fasts

So I’ve been doing 24 hour fasts. I get up, go workout, go to work, skip lunch, don’t have snacks at break, go home around 7-8 and eat a small dinner and that’s all I eat. I’m down to 145.2 which is almost 5 lbs since Monday. It’s going great. I’m rarely hungry and since I ate dinner, I’m not too tired in the morning to go workout and I don’t get dizzy. I think this is one of the best ways for me to lose weight and have no one realize what I’m doing.
