Back up to 150. Ew ew ew! Stupid recovery making me like the taste of food again. I’m ready to be back to where I was when the taste of food was so unappealing. I start working out in the morning again. My work schedule is pretty lax so I have time to workout while at work. I need to stop eating so much. I’m almost back up to 800 a day. I need it to be less then 300 a day to lose a pound a day. I think what I’m going to start doing is pull one thing out of the cabinet every morning and make that the only thing I’m going to eat that day. That forces me to split it up in a way where I won’t feel hungry during work and if I fuck up and eat it all at once, well that sucks for me.
