It took me a week but I’m back down to 147 exact. My only food plans today are 8 crackers for snack after jury duty if I can’t get these hunger pains to go away with a cigarette, an apple for lunch, and maybe an apple for dinner, I’m not sure yet. 

I need to get below 140 by the end of the month. I know now there is no way I’m going to make my goal of being 100 by time the modeling competition comes around. Going to hope for 120 and try my hardest.
